# How to play

#### CLICK START

Prepare your wallet with MATIC and XPOL. Acquire the AVATAR NFT and transfer a minimum of 3500 XPOL to your in-game balance. Stake the NFT to continue. Press the START button to initialize your game board. Throughout the game, seize opportunities to earn MATIC and seamlessly transfer it back to your wallet.

#### ROLL THE DICES

Let the game begin! It's your turn now. Roll the dice to determine your next move on the game board. If you land on a trading post, quickly seize the opportunity to acquire it. Owning properties can grant you future profits. However, be cautious! If you happen to land on a fees or taxes space, make sure to pay the required amount to continue your journey.

#### MAGNUS'S TURN

Prepare yourself to take on Magnus, your virtual opponent! When Magnus lands on any of your trading posts, he will dutifully pay you the corresponding trading fee.

#### MARKETPLACE

At the start of the game, the Marketplace remains locked. Once all the trading posts have been sold, you will unlock access to the Marketplace. This will provide you with the opportunity to initiate property exchanges with Magnus. When you land on the Marketplace, you have full control over which properties you wish to swap with Magnus.

#### FINISH THE GAME

The game will come to an end when you have completed all your rounds or when you choose to quit. In the scenario where you have no more rounds left to play, you will be rewarded with 10% of your initial investment as a bonus. However, if you decide to quit before completing all the rounds, you will be penalized with a deduction of 10% from your initial investment.
